Introducing Profiles latest collaboration menu, inspired by “Masterpieces of Furniture Design” exhibition at M7, an art-inspired kitchen creation behind every chair.
- Wiggle Side 45
Deconstructed vegetable puff pie with vegetable jus. Inspired by Wiggle Side chair by artist Frank Gehry has succeeded in creating unique designs using daily material such as cardboard in his "Easy Edges" series.
- Totem Tomato Salad 50
An array of tomatoes, basil and balsamic flavours, tomato sago crisps and tomato mousse. A colourful fresh tomato salad inspired by the work of celebrated Italian architect and designer Ettore Sottsass with his industrial ceramic totem cabinet.
- Remembrance of a Majlis 50
Milk chocolate shell, spong cake, coffee cream and a shot of Roastado specialty espresso. This distinct pieces created by Qatari artist Aisha Al-Sowaidi entitled, Shifted Reality: Remembrance of a Majlis, has been the inspiration behind this dessert.
- Roly Poly 60
Silky cherry mousse, pistachio sponge cake and labné pistachio creamy sauce This dessert is inspired by the iconic chair created by Faye Toogood with its smooth texture and pink color.
- Bocca 65
Deconstructed raspberry cheesecake with respberry crumble, cake and sauce along with dollops of silky cream cheese. Bocca is a timeless modern piece designed in 1970 by the Italian design team Studio 65.
- Panton 30
A refreshing drink with notes of peach, cranberry, orange and mint, inspired by Panton red chair created by Verner Panton with its distinctive shape is the ultimate all plastic one piece chair.
- Broom 30
